On 29th May 2026, the Foundation for Migration Advocacy and Research (FMAR) proudly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Office of the Commissioner for Refugees, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at advancing refugee protection, migration governance, research, advocacy, and community empowerment in Zambia.
This partnership reflects our shared commitment to promoting a whole-of-government and whole-of-society approach to migration and refugee management, while creating opportunities for research, capacity building, public awareness, and sustainable solutions for refugees and host communities.
